Key remapping software

So a few days ago I was doing some serious mouse wheel scrolling... It was intense. So much so that it broke.

Does anybody know of any software where I can remap the Mouse Wheel Up & Down and Mouse Button 3 to buttons on the keyboard? - in Windows

Control panel -> Mouse -> Wheel // Then you can reconfigure it.

I was hoping acting like that would deter anybody else from directing me to windows mouse settings as if they had only read the words "mouse" and "windows" in my post.

I'm not making anybody look for it. I'm asking if anybody knows one or uses one.

Well since you want to pick a fight here, NIKO. You're assuming completely that what I require the scroll wheel for is a program in which arrow keys perform the same function, which is completely false because otherwise there would be no problem.
