Either you have a virus that disguised itself as rundll32 (which as the name implies, runs dll.s,) and overwrote the original rundll32, or you removed the .exe from your processes list. Can you show us a list of all your computer processes? If the exe isn't there, you might need to reformat.
Yes, viruses typically mod important windows files, like rundll and explorer. If you start getting errors related to these files, all you can do to definitely fix the problem is reinstall.
