Go into your soldat directory (C:/soldat) and copy the contents (it will have folders with different graphics as they appear in-game)
put them into your C:/soldat/mods folder, and make another folder there (in c:/soldat/mods) titled the mod you want it to be called. then put the copied folders into that new folder, and edit the contents of the folder as you wish. (you could start by making guns in paint, then putting them into the interface gfx/guns folder and make them replace certain images there)
when you have modified the contents (in the mods folder) you then open Soldat mod starter, clicking on the mod (which will be named after the folder you made in Soldat/mods) and click 'Run soldat modded'
This is a basic overlook on how to install the graphics. Play around with it, you will also find SFX and weapons stats are moddable, and can be played in a mod without interfering with the original Soldat files.
There's installing a mod, and then theres making a good one. that's where you need to use your imagination, no-one can really tell you how to do it but you could start by reading some of the modding section for tutorials/tips on how to shade weapons and such.
it's all up to you how you want it to look
btw; Could You Stop Typing Like This? it kinda gets annoying to read your posts like that, pretty please
