I like the damamge indicator, I think it shouldn't be a server side setting but a client-side setting like in Wolfenstein enemy territory where you can specify how much blood appears on each hit, how long it stays on the screen , etc

Flag throwing:
I like the idea, but the flag isn't too hard to throw in the first place.  Besides, it should be risky to throw the flag.

Damage indicator:
Not really necessary, IMO.  In normal mode, you can already see what's hitting you, and in realistic mode, you're not going to last long enough for the indicator to make a huge difference.

Yes, please make a poll so that we can express our like of a flag throwing mod with radio button clicks and not words.  :P I do think flag throwing should be tweaked to make it more reliable. Sometimes I think flag throwing is binkable the way the thing shoots off in odd directions when under fire. No idea if it is or not.

Hit indicator: I dunno... in realiistic and tied to server perhaps... either that or bullets turn visible when they're on your line of sight...
