Paging owner of server 62.183.39.168, 195.248.176.100

If anyone knows who runs the Soldat servers at the IPs 62.183.39.168 and 195.248.176.100 please have them contact me.  Their servers are not listed in the lobby because something is severely misconfigured on their end.  It is contacting the wrong machine for the lobby server, and I want to know why (it is contacting a server that doesn't run the lobby and hasn't in a very long time, if ever).

I already spent time tracking down the problem, I figured posting here would help me figure out who owns is since the owner could post here and work with me.

Does anyone speak either of the languages or owners of those sites and can have the owner contact me?
