PS3 controler on a PC
« on: March 20, 2009, 06:50:04 pm »
Ok I am looking for a way to connect my PS3 controller on my pc (windows xp) I've downloaded the Game Saike - SixaxisDriver, it works, but when I play TrackMania Sunrise (the only racing game I have on my pc) the controls are all mixed up (but I could live with it) but like my car always turns right, and my controller isn't fucked up...maybe its the sixaxis thats in the controller?...help please

Thank you

You might be able to find some kind of key mapper to change what trackmania thinks the controller is doing.

wooo trackmania
i like that game
don't know anything about PS3 though
Do you want to see me crawl across the floor to you?
Do you want to hear me beg you to take me back?
I'd gladly do it because
I don't want to fade away.

Try Pinnacle Game Profiler, it can completely build up a control scheme utilizing every single axis/button on your controller, by having your PC recognize the controller as a keyboard layout.  Also comes with plenty of pre-created profiles for heaps of games/controllers, and there's plenty more to be found on the forums.

It's only a trial though, it asks you to pay after a month or so unless you can obtian it by other means

I got bored with using a 360 controller after 2 days :/.  Some games just aren't meant to be played with gamepads

Player since late 2007

PS3 controller?

Why not something more ergonomic?
