uh dude caesium would probably explode(react with water in body) providing that where you dump them is below 27 degrees celsius
this would be probably an instant death dude considering how mad caesium is, once it gets down to the HCl in the body(if it ever does get there, reacting with water would be enough though) then you've got a crazier explosion.

The perfect methods have already been invented.

Water torture.  Effects both body and mind.  While we're dripping water on someones forehead, begin the death by a thousand cuts.  While this is going on, provide ample medical treatment to ensure that any wounds are patched up before bleeding out or, if need be, transfusions are available.  But, before the hands go, wedge a few flaming bamboo splints under the fingernails. 

Of course, while all this is going on one must be entertained.  Thus the eyelids are forced open to view hours upon hours of whatever mind breaking video footage would be appropriate.  Sleep is also not an option.  Loud noises or intrusion of ones environment are necessary at any time, randomly, and without warning. 

Finally, before most of the limbs are gone and while one still has a chance to move, give them the option of getting out with an impossible means of doing so.

Yes... that'd be a real mental pain when the victim discovers he could never escape and fails to escape. The physical part of it comes from the victim trying to find ways to escape.

i'd start it Iraqi style, bamboo under the nails, then, i'd make him sweat like f**k by putting him in, say, 3x3 meter box, out in the sun, then roll him over in sand, then sweat him again, and dip him in salt, but giving him minimum water feeds so he won't dehydrate, after his skin is as dry as the Sahara, i'd start cutting him up, 2 inches at a time, beginning with his a-hole, then his arms, his legs, and his back, letting the injuries heal slowly, but pouring alcohol over them, 98% pure alcohol preferred, after they heal up i'd re-open the wounds, and this time rub all f that flesh of them with sand paper, then SLICE his penis off, 1 slice at a time, feeding it to him, make it go down with some of his dumps, blood, and piss, then cut off his eyeballs, smear them with vinegar, wash it off, smear them with honey and let ants eat them off, before finishing his eye balls i'd let a bit of them remain so the ants don't get to his brain, then i'd feed his ears to him, tear off his hair, throw him into iced, then boiled water for a day, and finish him of by throwing him into a cage of hungry lions...TADA! (ofc i'd keep him alive with morphine, adrenaline, etc...)
