Ello ello
. Working on an Ash remake at the moment, and I have a bit of a problem deciding something.
I'm not against changing major parts if I think its necessary, I thought after you capture the flag in Ash, you seem a tad limited as to your escape options since you can only stop and turn around. Sooo I put a little additional tunnel in
.
Was thinking about putting a b2b'ish kind of base at the top as indicated, but I'm not sure if it would help or hurt gameplay since the original ash has been so time-tested. Tell me what you think.

the flag's island seems too big, too protective
I'll add a little island in the bottom, because that path is eazy to defend the way it is now

Could you show me where you'd add the island? I'm not sure I understand which part you're referring to.

Heres the updated one, as you can see I had already done the bottom before you posted Espada
, my apologies. I also made a base at the top, just to show what I was thinking a lil bit more, but I saved another version without it (just picture the same poly-structure, without the tunnel in it).
Ironing out the small annoying details at the moment.

Wow, there are at the moment many ash remakes (for example on the eliteservers). Actually Ash is a really intens map causing of the size. My problem with most remakes is, that the intens gets losts and that you need more players for playing the map. You can easily play Ash 1v1, but 8v8 is even fun, and that´s what those remakes loose imo, I dont like it, sorry
