I'm a real newcomer in the Soldat community and i wonder if i cause more damage if my crosshair are on the target instead of behind?

It has no effect at all. I'd say that most people probably "overshoot" or "undershoot" with relation to the crosshair anyway, depending on their particular aiming styles. Personally I tend to overshoot and move the crosshair beyond the person.

No. Your bullets do the damage, not your crosshair.

If your bullet hits the head, it does MORE damage ; if it hits the legs, it does LESS damage and if it hits the body, it does normal damage. But the crosshair you use for aiming does not determine the damage at all.

It's generally a good idea to not get in the habit of putting your crosshair far away from them, be it overshooting or undershooting.  Most new players tend to overshoot, but then it's better to keep your crosshair "within an inch" of the enemy.
