Decreasing the color depth of the GIF, but then it'd look like crap.

Anyways the limit is 50kb so its fine..
Who changed it? It was 20kb as far I know...

Yeah, I thought it was 20kb too.  At the beginning of the rules it says 20kb and at the lower part it says 50kb.  The one p0pinn made I will use then because it's fixed.  Decreasing the colour isn't something I'd like to do anyway.
Thanks for the ideas guys.  Okay, I put it as my avatar.  What do you guys think?  :)

Still anyone know how to make the cube frozen then the sun comes up, shines on it, unfreezes it, and it solves itself then?

EDIT: some black squares should be deleted & frame 33 is coloured wrong
