Modded blood in soldat?

I have a friend who can't play soldat because it has blood.  Is there any possible way, by modding, or editing his available color palette, that he can make the blood disappear or turn blue?

Simply add it to the appropriate folder.  Overwriting the existing blood mod if there is one.
