Access Error (read the sticky and it didn't help) *update2* its happening again

Sorry if i'm stating a problem that has been fixed, but i'm using a friend of mine's account (my name is jomyron (carpadium) graham to state a bug that i've noticed for two weeks about.  Whenever I try to go into a tw map sometimes it will just pop up with the error like on this screen.

Other times while i'm playing on a tw server after I kill someone or they kill me the same access error pops up and freezes my screen until i press ok a number of times (sometimes as many as 20 times) and it disappears temporarily. If anyone knows a fix please let me know

Disable ActionSnap in Config.exe or soldat.ini.

bump/update: In your server EC it works beautifully (and I thank you for helping me with that), but for some reason it doesn't work in leo's tw server.  whenver I join it pops up with that error (same access error) although i got the actionsnap unticked. I tried the compatibility thing, and the force software (which has never helped once lol) so i'm wondering what else can I do? (maybe its the font thing, but even when there is no one but the bot in (bombersquad bot) the error still occurs.  If you EC or anyone else can help me I'll be eternally grateful.

Update 2: the error also sometimes occurs if I get killed by EC's bomber squad airstrike.
