Looks good over all, but I dislike this squary look that comes with your multitexturing (using blocks), but I´ll give it a try and d/l it ;D

Layout is too plane for such a big map...  Just two round islands (two times simpler than arena2) and a lot of vacuum...
I also dislike this squary look... it looks like you tried multitexturing using *quad poly*... and i also dislike that penis-like thing and spiky corner at the left and house and tranparent rock at the right...
scenery usage and coloring are nice...

ye layout sucks but that was just the first attempt, he'll get better by the time... at least I hope so :P
