how to make a text on player's head?

on this video there are some text on player's head and that goes to above some pixels.

if you know how to make it, answer me please :)

Almost positive that's added in by whomever made the video.

Either that or there's some huge scripting powers we've all been missing out on.

it's mean that is maybe impossible in the soldat script?
