I from Russia. It is necessary to change charset utf-8. Since does not see russian letters. As this do ? Sorry for my bad english

It seems that the index.inc.php file in the theme folder contains a xml reference to utf-8.
That is in the folder of the theme you use. You could try to change that manually, but I'm not sure if that will work.

Are you referring to Russian characters in the player names or in zitrostat's layout in general?
