Need help with setting up a server.

I wanted to help my friend to get a soldat server running and I configured server for him. I sent him the ini files later and now we both get this kind of message. What do we have to change in that .ini file so it would't occur anymore.

Is changing port enough?

It means the server is already running but kinda dead. Try task killing all soldatserver.exe's or restarting.

if you're using the default port, you need to start the server _before_ soldat.exe, in case you're doing that

Close Soldat if it's running.

Soldat uses the same ports in your case (the default ones, 23073 and 23083), try using different ports for server, or exit Soldat and then start the server.
