I'm really frustrated.

I've registered about 2-3 years ago, and I'm no longer using the e-mail, I quit playing soldat for awhile and I want to come back. I've emailed the owner 3 times already in the past year and a half, and gotten no reply, what so ever. I'm on a new email now, my paypal was lgkeiz@gmail.com and my new paypal is keith@gamingsync.com, Im still getting no response, and I want my registry key back. If I paid for something, I should get my product back.

he mustn't get your key back. afterall you bought it and it's up to you to keep it.

No. He should get what he paid for even after this long time since Soldat registrations are digital and not on a cd.

You buy a game, lets say CoD4, and loose the cdkey.
Would Activision send you a new key?
Last year, I dreamt I was pissing at a restroom, but I missed the urinal and my penis exploded.

MM's too busy in Dead Link as to care about 2-3 years ago register keys. I'd do what I said. After all, you already paid for the register key, I guess you, at least, deserve to have it registered.

If he has something to back up his words, (the email he got) he should have no problem. BUT since I think he doesn't, it's too bad for him.

Lets pick Steam for that.
I had an steam account with 4 games.
I lost both the password from the email and from my steam account, and i dont have any proof that those accounts were mine.
How big are the possibilities that they will allow me to get those games on my second steam account for free (AND legaly)?

If you used a card and entered valid information when buying the games on steam then I can see a way to get it back. You just have to go through steam's support. It's not really that hard.

I assume MM also has some sort of list of keys used and probably with the required info the buyer used. An expired email shoudn't unvalidate your purchased key.

If you lost password to your steam, it's easy to retrieve it. Of course if you still have your key from steam. Just mail valve with photograph of this key and they'll reset your account and give you new password.

Include the Full Name and Email Address you used to purchase the registration key. If you can not provide both these details, your key will be unrecoverable.

I bought soldat a few years ago too but I didnt even try to recover the key, its been so long I am happy to buy it again even though I have very little money eating noodles as a college student, soldat is amazing and I am happy to buy a new key.  :-)
