Mouse Acceleration in Soldat (Windows 7 64bit)

Hi, I've read all threads focused to turning mouse acceleration off but i haven't found any idea to fix it.
Always when I'm in game (not in menus), I can feel mouse acceleration effect. It's horrible, i can't aim... all game is getting on my nerves.
I've tried Windows XP fix reg file:

Run in Safe Mode.

Works. I got less recoil using that.

Thank you so much for interesting in my problems but it doesn't work for Windows 7, it's for Windows XP.
I really don't know how to fix that

the accelfix.exe(it's there) that change some dll or something, works on W7 i heard.
