Full Description:
Admin List shows a full list of all admins connected to the server, both ingame and TCP.

To show the list ingame just say !admins.

-Local-
To show local admins the script checks the remote.txt. Also if someone successfully /adminlog's they are on the to-show list.

-TCP-
To show TCP admins it checks a list of known IP addresses when the TCP admin connects and chooses the correct name. If the admin has never connected before it shows their IP instead. When an admin says someting from ARSSE it sends /say [NAME] blablabla, it saves the name from there, it is also possible to set the name in the tcpnames.txt.

Nice, although the remote method might need some rethinking. If the admin happens to have a dynamic IP, that falls apart. A better method would be to have a keyword appear in the server console that the ARSSE clients can respond to, so that each client can set their name.
