Cant connect phone to pc

I've ran to a problem this morning:

My Nokia 6121c just wont connect to my pc! It worked fine yesterday when I went sleeping, today morning it just wont connect..
When i plug in the cable (one end to mobile, other to computer), the phone gives 3 options: "PC-Suite", "Media Transfer" and "Cancel"    BUT the computer doesn't say a thing
I've tried restarting, I've tried different ports but nothing works.
Finally, I tried the phone to my dad's computer; works perfectly


WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH MY COMP?! What can I do to fix this?

What happens when you select the options on your phone? Did you get a disc with your phone? Some phones require software updates. Check your My Computer and see if anything appears there.

Yup, and I've installed it on my harddrive

Not in this case, the phone works on my dad's computer, but not on mine

Have you tried to manually reinstall usb device?

Try this:
1. Unplug the phone from the computer.
2. Go to the Device Manager [right-click My computer>Properties>Hardware>Device Manager]
3. Uninstall the phone if it's there, else, pick scan for hardware changes
4. (restart computer). Plug in the phone and the hardware wizard should appear. Install the phone again with drivers you have or let windows do the work.

Either Services.exe or ServiceLayer.exe were disabled
