did you read the text below?
it is using too much computer resources and creates so graphics lag, which isnt good
and its mainly for spectating
and enesce implemented allready when spectating that you see the ammo/health status

Mr. Cooper said he hadn't done it properly yet,.. a good computer would handle it, can't take THAT much resources?
But I understand he doesn't want to put his time into it if only a few people are using it.
I, for one, would use it

Nope, it only works for Soldat 1.3.1 and I don't really want to gather all the required components to make it work on other peoples systems.
