Unexpected server downtime - 01-26-2010 1500-1730 EST

Hey guys,

As you may have noticed, the forums and all of the THD sites/projects were offline for approximately 2.5 hours.  The server appears to have run out of memory due to a run-away process of some sort.  At this point I have some evidence that it was MySQL but not nearly enough.

I took this opportunity to upgrade the version of VMWare server running on the server.  This runs the LDAP server, lobby server and some development environments.  This may result in greater stability and performance going forwards.

Sorry for any inconvenience. Please use this thread to report any sites, tools, projects/anything still offline or acting oddly or incorrectly.
