My Pokemon Math project.
« on: June 14, 2010, 02:51:50 pm »
Now that I'm just about done being a senior in high school (one final exam left!) I'd like to show you guys what I did as my last project for Calculus.  The assignment was to make a video showing the different tests for convergence/divergence of a series. I thought a lot of you pokemon fans might enjoy laughing at me even if you don't know any calculus. I'm Lt. Surge.

thanks for watching!

You are just about done being a senior in high school and "Pokemon Math" is your last (most difficult) project??

I'm not going to be surprised if your last exam is called "Name that pokemon"....

For seniors in high school last is nowhere near most difficult, but I suppose you never made it that far. And if you took even a few minutes to watch it you would see we put a lot of effort into writing and filming this.

Well, I liked it.

It was very good and well thought out.

EDIT: Haven't watched part 2 though. So I'll have to get back to you on that.

I very recently finished playing the old pokemon red edition, and I enjoyed it. I used charmander to begin with. I turn 23 in a month. I am behind this project 100% of the way.

Godspeed, kid.

Only anime shows I've felt any interest in over the years are Pokemon (original TV series) and various hentai.

3 year olds can't read the zillions of textual prompts that the Pokemon games throw at you. I think I remember 4yo saying at one point that Pokemon actually taught him to read. They're definitely not lame or immature in that regard.

I really wish I had the time to play my old Pokemon games again (I've got red through crystal). So many memories....

Srs bsns, dude. Put some ice on that bitch.

Kudos, a4yo, I thought it was really well-done. Especially the "He's a pokemon MASTER!" during the black screen and then cut to Ash on his bike. Made me lol.

Then he very well could've been three at the time (and probably no older than five).
