Definitely a hacker. Aside from too powerful jets his Ak has no spread. All shots just go straight. He might have been using aimbot too.

I even know which hack he was using.

I suggest for people who want to report hackers to report it on the sctfl forums here: http://www.sctfl.net/forums/index.php?board=78.0

and if it was happening on #soldat.gather to report it via the banpoint system.(do !bp on the channel for all the information for that)

If its on a public server you could possible pm the admin of the server on the forums here i suppose, though lots of servers are now using the hacker banlist from sctfl(i think?) the more who report the more can be banned!
