VB6 download fucked up my computer ....

So i've tried to download VB6 free on the web and now when i try to reboot my PC it say Microsoft windows has stopped to work ... and my PC freeze with a black screen... Now i run it with the mod with the "Safe Mode"...
Please i need help  :'(  :'(
