International 1v1 Tournament

Okay so very few people might remember my league I tried to establish a couple years ago. Well recently I have decided to rustle that back up and try to bring some different competitions to soldat. This Idea struck me a 1v1 tournament involving the best soldat players, to really see who the best single person is in this game. I'm not releasing sign ups or anything just want some feedback on what people think of this.

1v1 Single Elimination Tournament
64 of Soldat's top players from around the world.
Prizes will go out to the top 3 players.
1st: $50
2nd: $25
3rd: $10
The only requirement each person must have to participate is a paypal to receive prizes

I would love some help with this if anyone has any experience with leagues and administration. Please Leave Feedback!!!
