Bot + knife = ?

How to make bot that throw knife and not throw? I saw it on one zombie server, where stronger version of zomie throw knifes, light not. Any ideas?

set their favourite weapon to Combat Knife and they would throw it.

Is it working with e.g. Boogie Man ? Because, I set fav weapon to Combat Knife but the bots still aren't throw them.
