Do you think that the flamethrower should act like all other weapons in Soldat (equippable, droppable, spawnable)?

Currently, it is not possible to conjure the flamer without invoking the flame god bonus. It is also not possible to throw the thing away. It is not possible to pass it on to someone who cares.

The flamer should not appear in the main weapon selection menu. If you do not understand then do not reply or if you do post, demand clarification.

Droppable: YES.
Apart from that, I think the flamer should be kept for the guy who got the bonus.. That player can pick up the dropped flamethrower, but no-one else should be able to imo.

not talking about the flame god bonus, I'm referring strictly to the weapon and how it can, can't or could be used.

The flamer as a weapon can be forced to a player's hands, but cannot be spawned. I also think that the main advantage of the Flamegod Bonus is to have 10 seconds of invincibility and not the actual gun, and it wouldn't hurt if it could be dropped so another player could take it.

If the meaning of the thread is that flamer should be able to drop, and able to pick up, then f12. (Though can't remove my vote)

Flamethrower needs to be a regular weapon. A secondary weapon and replace the chainsaw. Of course the flame needs to be smaller and not so long. COME ON. like a whip.

It should be droppable and possibly equippable (depending on whether lag or whatever decreases so it actually becomes half effective -.-)

Does the flames cause fps problems? like when you /mercy and switch gun. Otherwise we could discuss the possibility to have it as another secondary.
