Even if i despise threads about such topics, id like to know what does the rest of the world thinks about the current judgement made by the
ICTY for 3 croatian generals who were leading "operation Storm" which freed the most of occupied territories.
The problem is that the whole operation was called an "joint criminal action" due to a big amount of actions which were breaking a lot of conventions, which partially implies that it was planned. A summary can be found
here.
Id just remind, that there were a lot of crimes happening on both sides of the conflict, where the first was by the attacking side (Milosevic's Serbia) during the offensive and occupation and the second was during the counter-offensive operations (Croatia) and their aftermath.
If anyone wants to know some things, ill provide them the information needed.
Again, im pertty much anational and i was driven to ask something like this because i cant find any unbiased/neutral opinions on this.
