Poly Type: Active passes, inactive stops

While playing one of the new maps, ctf_Campeche, we found it very annoying that ojects (in that case knives) were falling down even when you hit the enemy. That makes this map completely unplayable for Knife Only.

Anyway, this brought us an idea of a new polytype.
Active objects like bullets would pass, but inactive guns, knives, medkits would not. Didn't think what about flag.
