How to mod server

so let me get this straight, what did the mod change? Did it change how your soldat LOOKS? Different weapons for example?

ADHD version:

1.Few years ago he played on unknown server that made game look different without actual mod installed on his PC.

2.He ask How its possible.

3.He name this modded server eretich but there is only Heretic Mode

4. darDar said that EnEsCe had such server that mod look of soldat without installing anything on PC
