Zerg Rush in Snipe & Slice
« on: August 20, 2006, 12:43:51 pm »
So I'm holding the enemy flag standing around my base in ctf_Ash waiting for the team to return. I pick off the odd wannabe flag returner or two enjoying the easy defensive kills while waiting to score. Then, all of a sudden, I'm swarmed by all seven enemies -- chainsaws, knives criss-crossing everywhere, and some shots in the mix. I couldn't kill everyone and dodged for a few seconds before quickly dying.

Nothing really significant, but I found it really funny to see this swarm out of nowhere engulf the base. I never see teams work in unison like that in the public servers. I don't know if that was a total fluke or someone on the other side messaged the plan to the team, but it was a great effort on their part. Wish I could be a part of stuff like that sometimes. :)

Lol, teamwork is what every good player wants.  You were unlucky you were on the receiving end that time, though.
To sum up my point: We had a multipage debate about toilet padding. (Putting TP in the water so you don't get splashed.)
And we still don't know if dead guys can keep a stiffy.

I was in that server playing with you on b2b today. I didn't witness that spectacle though, my internet cut out before the map changed.

Has anyone played with a guy named "a Force of Nature"?  I have to say, he has to be the most competent team player I've ever played with.  He's an excellent sniper AND knows how to strategize.  In trenchwars, him and me practically became a two man army while the rest of our team just rushed repeatedly.  I wish I had recorded a demo of some of our cooler moments...

It happens all the time. Basicaly, someone on your team went and killed a bunch of enemies. They all spawn at the same time, and all with the same goal of killing the EFC (plain 'n simple).

The preferred outcome of war is peace. Ironic, huh ?

Haha, I love it when this happens.

Even better; Go onto one of those 24 man servers and have the entire team rush. Sheer Craziness.
