Ping spikes and FPS drops when i press F1?

When I press F1 to see the score my game lags, i get low FPS and my ping goes from 15~30 to 3000+.
My FPS drops from like 50 or 60 to probably 10 or less (it also happens when I'm playing offline with bots).
How can i solve this? I never had this problems on old PCs
