Sound on command?

Can we make command that will do something and play a sound for you or for everyone in soldat, like on server?

well sorry, and thanks! I am not being a trouble maker on purpose... should I stop replaying here and move it? or finish with this one and next time ask in the right place?

how about something that will press/do few things at the same time...

1. play the sound, use the skill, stop the sound

for example we can play music by pressing F6 or F7 I think, and stop it, so how about that??
