Finished the last lines for 1.6.3 and made some small changes.

I'm working on the file some more, turns out I missed a few lines so I will change some other stuff while I'm at it.
I therefore removed the 1.6.3 translation until I'm 100% done, it shouldn't take long though

Snu5_Mum12 was so kind as to correct many lines in the translation, so I will post his translation in the main post. Use it, it's good

Changed alot in the translation!
Updated firstpost and committed it to the next release (1.6.7)
