FileClient: Connect timed out (Zabijaka #4)

This happens every time I'm connecting to Zabijaka CTF #4, other servers that I tried seemed to work fine. Basically when I click "Join Game" the game hangs for a while and I cannot click disconnect. After that the message pops up and after clicking OK I join the server. On the server I've noticed that whenever the map changes the game always hangs for some seconds. This doesn't usually happen to me and I believe it's linked to the error.

Has been happening for months already, not sure if it was always the server in question.

I think there is a bugreport on the bugtracker for this. I looked into it once but couldn't find the reason why it happened. It would probably be better if we replaced the FileClient with something less buggy...
