Devlog update (2015-02-11) Nothing special yet

Hello Soldaters!

I'll keep it short:

ExHunter did minor stuff:

- Added SC3 property TActivePlayer.MouseAimX (read write - SmallInt)*
- Added SC3 property TActivePlayer.MouseAimY (read write - SmallInt)*
- Fixed SC3 property TActivePlayer.KeyProne returns position instead pressed key
  * writing only works for bots for movement scripting.

I worked a little bit on makefiles so we can build Soldat with just FreePascal (without Lazarus dependency).
The idea for 1.7 is to drop the legacy server and drop Delphi and instead compile with FreePascal that's why the focus on FreePascal for makefiles.
This might sound like a simple change but most of the client doesn't compile with Lazarus/FreePascal yet (server does however).

Currently the dev team is very inactive but I hope this will change soon.

There is some work waiting for me for 1.6.9 so once that is done we finally release it.

I don't consider it a minor stuff. In fact I've been waiting 3 years for this. Please hurry up with 1.6.9 cause I already have big plans how to use it :)

@Fryer, easily could have been you. All you had to do was fix rendering issues which you have started working on. :P

Does that mean that the cursor position of each player can now be accessed?
