Steam version problem

Hey guys. I have small issue with a longwaited steam version of the game. I want to play with my pal, on my dedicated server, but there's a problem... When I'm opening SDS on steam, it starts, but i cant open the game, because 'Soldat is already running' error occuring. Is there a way around?

Dunno if Helloer did release the game as well on the soldat.pl website - but if you download the game from there you should be able to play it. (If he did release there as well.)
