Money

I'm not sure if this is an appropriate question or goes here, so tell me if this is bad, but how much does MM make on this game. And if at all possible, at least an an equal to in dollars for us Americans in dollars. I am just questioning if this is just a way for MM to make others happy or for money or both. A yearly, monthly, daily, or whetever is fine.

Cuz I am sure this game takes most or all of his time(maybe im wrong), so I was wondering if this is a frugel game for him, or just that he likes to do it or whatever.

Based on what I know of someone who programs Sudoku games, that may not be far off. Dunno how many registered users there are, but realize that the registration site takes a cut, too, or so I'd assume. Still can't be worth anything as far as the amount of time he's put into the game. At best Soldat is an impressive resume item, but not something he can support himself off of by a long shot.

MM is pretty secretive about how much he makes.  The most I've ever even heard him say about the amount of people who've registered is "a lot."

MM really put his heart into this game. I don't think its really about the money to him. I'm pretty sure he just lurks the forums looking for his praises, his ego is always hungry.

I think I remember Chakra(aka Ru  ) mention in a topic about soldat being listed in a gaming magazine that they got a couple dozen registrations a day.

Its been in 2-3 big magazines I believe. Yeah mm does it for the love of doing what he does.

EDIT:I also would like to mention that flieslikeabrick has spent so much time and money on these forums, he deserves some respect too

Man I would like to thank MM and FLAB for giving so much(along with everyone else who contributes).  I would like to give all of you guys a hug. One day when I am rich and powerful I will buy ads in gaming magazines for Soldat.
