Skin Changer Safe DL

I was wondering is this the safe place to download the skin changer? http://www.turrino.it/page.php?id=16

The link to the skin changer in the FAQ didn't work so was wondering if this is the current safe link?

Yep, you can always trust U13 or, if Flies doesn't have the file you need, you can probably get it from Selfkill.com.
