Disabling ping based kicking

Hi,
sometimes when people come to my server, they're warned for having a high ping or flood or something and a few minutes later they're banned. I don't want this because it doesn't matter to me what their ping is, and sometimes it ruins the game when they're kicked/banned.

How and where do I disable it so they aren't banned/kicked because of ping/flood?

In soldat.ini find the line that says Max_Ping= and change it to Max_Ping=1000

Soldat.ini can be found in your soldat root sirectory, usually C:\soldat\.
