I know I commented on FS but I watched the movie again here and wanted to say more... In short good players
can come from pubs but they will only get the basic skills from it, aiming etc, they won't get the strategies or techniques they need to really be successful in clan wars. That being said who's to say what real skill is? If they don't care about constant 3v3 ctf that doesn't mean they aren't just as skilled because they choose not to play that style. Unfortunately I can't give any examples because all the exceptionally talented players I know are in clans right now...
But I still think a different kind of skill can come from publics.
All in all though good movie still, 8.5/10 for skill and editing but a little lack of originality.
