Now my mom can't make me go to church because I'm 15 years old
Haha teen that thinks he earned soemthing right there. If you live under their roof then its their rules. Don't like it? Move out.

Well maybe his parents are nice enough to force that on him.

The church thing isn't the problem, its the general idea that people think they have the right to boss their parents at 15.

It's not like there's anything wrong with that, you know. It's only natural for "kids" in that age to feel like they wanna rebel about things. You know, they wanna be all adult and ****. Everyone does it, and it only get's outta hand if the parents let it. In Denmark we often see 12 year old girls running around looking all slutty with make up, tight sitting pants, that should only be for adults, and ****.. Hell, they even wear bras, even though they can't fill it out at all!! It's kinda disgusting really, but it's not that little girls fault. She's a product of her inviroment, because her parents let her.

Now, †, I know church is important for you, and I totally respect that. But it's different to someone else, and not going to church might not be an act of rebellion, but merely a lack of interrest. You follow?
I fucking miss all you cunts!

I suppose you could say that, but respect for what, really?

If you don't believe in God, why visit his house? That would just be decieving everyone, God including. And how do you disrespect your parents by not going to church?

Oh man its not about the church thing. I should have pointed that out. The whole "you can't make me do this or that" most of the time when i have heard the idiots around me say that its really something that should either not be that big of a problem or is actaully good in the long run.  I guess I just get all snippy about it cause I used to hear alot of whing about parents "They are all idiots."They don't remember the pressure of being a teen." All that crap is dribble. I admit I had little rebelion fits myself, but I never got outta hand since I saw that attitude make people's lives around me crap. Also in my school there was alot of two-facing with parents and facualty, smiling in class but insulting in the halls... stuff like that. It just drives me crazy when teens throw out the fact that parents spend so much time and money on their children, and teachers put up with so much crap and get paid so little.

I'm aware that it's not about the church thing, and that wasn't what I was going at here. It just seemed to me that this church matter was what accellerated what you said about youngsters not being appreciative anough, and I just thought I'd seal of that thing for a start.

I definitely agree, though, that kids, young people and even adults aren't being appreciative enough about what is done for'em, and what's given to'em. Allthough, in some cases, people just don't want what's given to them. It could be out of personal reason or whatever, but the giver tends to get very offended. I can understand that, maybe, but you people need to understand that we're not always interrested in doing thing the way you do, and it's not about being a rebel.
I stood up to my parents alot of times, but that was more because what they did really felt wrong to me. It still does now that I'm an 'adult'.
