 This server is made for all the maps that are great, but currently no sevrers play with them. So here is a place to play all the good new maps and, if you want any mapmakers you may pm me and I will upload your maps to playtest. Well heres the stats:

I really hope your server does well, and maybe promoting it as a "good map" server will help. I rented my first server looking forward to hosting all these great maps I see made but never in play. It did poorly. I think the bulk of the players just don't like getting kicked repeatedly for not having the map in play and then having to download again and again. At least that's what I think happened, because I really don't see why people don't consider playing better maps than the same old tired default ones.

You could put the maps in a mappack so ppl could download them before playing on your server

you could also remove festen for more quality... sorry, but it's quite a pain to play imo
