Someone help me find this mod

Im looking for an old mod its got to be over a year old the one server that hosted this mod is no longer accessable to even the previous owner. Here are the pictures, if anyone has this mod please upload it. Thank You

It was posted on the old SoldatForums webpage. Im sure someone has this file backed up somewhere.

That mod is not that old, one year or so.
Nothing special about it, anyway here it is. ;)
