Soldat & system are freezing during gameplay

HELP!! I cant play Soldat  
First i had 1 problem : When the game and my entire system were
getting stuck during gameplay , always about 1-3 sec. after the match starts,
and nothing responded but the reset button on the case  .
So, i thought that re-installing the game might solve the problem.
After reinstalling, all get is:

and it get worst if i press the green OK button.

Any help would be much appreciated ! 

I miss my soldat .


*NOTE*
First problem started about 2 weeks ago . there were no H\W changes and\or
S\W updates during that time period . other 3D games works very good .
Added a DX diagnose file for further system and Direct X information .

First problem of freezing my computer just came back.
This time i noticed a red message on the top left side of Soldat's gameplay window says:
Graphics started
Checking the "Video compatibility" box in the setup window, didn't solve the problem.

Uncheck that friggin checkbox, restart, try again. The "Graphics restarted" thing means that you've alt-tabbed or in any other way switched to another application. Just click inside the Soldat window and you should be fine.

Most likely a driver issue. Probably some obscure one, like soundcard driver. Try updating all the drivers for your computer, restart, and try again.
