UH huh. Soldat is way superior in every aspect.  So this thread could also be titled the "soldat is so much better than that ugly Gunster game because..." 

Gunster is slow, the controls are weirdo, the grenades are about as useless as a limp weiner, awful physics, irritating... noisy graphics, like two in game songs; both of which suck balls... i could go on. 

Some people might argue that Gunster introduces a lot of new features not available in Soldat.  Such as, character building, training/mission modes, buying items, and general upgrades.  BUT, theyre all pointless.  It makes little or no difference if youre fighting as a lvl 2 player against a lvl 42 player; i managed to slaughter in most all death matches as a "noob", thanks to my previous training with soldat. 

long story not short enough, Gunster is the sucks.  Go Soldat!

I know you are just venting some steam, and you probably have more to add to this, but as far as i am concerned, gunster is a stupid little fad for bored people on the internet.

I can't say Gunster sucks, because I enjoy playing it now and then. But if there's one game it reminds me of, it's not Soldat, it's this:

I never played it, and probably never will but some of my friends think it's pretty cool...for some reason. With all the Gunster threads in the lounge, I saw that alot of people dislike it just like you.

This shows how ignorant your topic is. Gunster has the same "weirdo" control setup as Soldat. That's part of its appeal, at least for me. "Noisy graphics?" "Two in game songs" (which is incorrect) as a complaint when Soldat has just three? No need to sound like a raving fanboy just because you don't like a game. I agree Soldat is a better game, but Gunster does improve on certain aspects (graphics/bosses/multiple characters/more weapons) while some are poor (less advanced physics engine/not customizable/MMORPG-style grind) -- if you want to really compare the two.

If you've played the game beyond the initial minute you gave it before ranting and posting, then you would know the controls can be mapped to be just like Soldat. Gasp!
