I have no router as of right now, I had installed one, but its disconnected(Physically). My IP is set to automatically obtain. And I have no firewalls.

What have I overlooked?

How about Windows Firewall ? I've never heard of it really screwing anything up, but if you've already gone over everything obvious ...

Nah I Disabled that a long time ago. Buggy peice as it is.

wow, if all of your firewalls are disabled and it isn't even connected to a router, I guess it could be your ISP.

But I assume something else could be configured incorrectly.

Did you try refilling your Internet Tubes with Blue Smoke ? That often clears up the problems.

But seriously, there are only three or four areas that something can interrupt a computer's process. Overview being : internal, so all of your computer's hardwares and softwares. God knows that some bug pops up in every instance of Windows. External, that means all the plugs into your computer including wires, wirelsses, routers, ect. I doubt that any of this could selectively stop Soldat. Unless, of course, the FBI (or CSIS) is tapping your line and seriously fudged something up. Which I highly doubt. Thirdly is on your ISP's side, they could be selectively blocking something. Just give 'em a shout, sometimes ISPs can be very nice and will make an exception to the 'no server' rule. Other times it'll back fire like a badly lit fart.

Of course the last place it could possibly be is via divine intervention, in which case I suggest you see a priest/rabbi.

Lol, Aite Ill  play around with it a bit more then, try to find the manual to my router, reconnect it then open some ports. Mabye having it previously installed messes them up some how. The sad part is Ive already looked for a least an hour and i cant find it. The best thing I got is a google translated page from chinese which isnt going to work because the IP they give to get to the options of the router after I setup it up isn't right due to being in China...Well we'll see what happens. Ill post if I figuer it out or if I can get somthing working.

EDIT: Wow, I so ****ing stupid...I forgot I had not full and not empty filters on. I took those off and found my serv. Hopfully Im not the only one who can join. God, I should be shot for this. Now to get some one else to join.
