They come and go, each week a a few new ones come and some new ones die. Bad place to look for clans :p

Yeah, if you want a good clan, try looking around on the TNL forums. You also rate your skill pretty high - but I'd bet you wouldn't be 4/10 on Quakenet Prove me wrong and start using IRC.
