'cos Outcast told me to. He be on his third warning for spam, and god damn, when he comes back, Outcast'll be all over him like flies on an african if he so much as looks at spam.

For the record, he also had a serious problem with understanding signature rules, enough times that it would have been sufficient for at least 2 warnings.
